An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a global leading packaging Manufactures for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the production team. You will play a crucial role in providing a continuous equipment maintenance service to the Production Department.

Responsibilities
- Minimizing machine downtime while sustaining manufacturing performance
- Ensuring that machine equipment, tooling, and spares are promptly repaired and refurbished to meet
- Maintaining Hot End equipment, which involves handling mold equipment weighing between 5kg to 45kg, to a level that guarantees optimal machine efficiency and manufacturing performance
- Identifying and resolving equipment faults
- Apply the Company Health and Safety Policy within the department
- Upholding high standards of housekeeping and health & safety in the work area consistently
- Ensure that all essential maintenance information is documented using approved documentation and procedures
- 1 in 5 weeks On Call
Ideal Candidate
- Fully apprentice trained or equivalent
- ONC in Mechanical Engineering
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and committed, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Manufacturing background
- Technical knowledge
- Problem solving
