Office Administrator – Part Time – Approx 20 hours per week

A wonderful brand new role has become available for an experienced office manager to join my client based in the Pontefract area.

The role will be providing full administration support to a small team of operational staff plus additional sub-contracting engineers.

Whilst the role is a stand alone role you have to comfortable working within an office on your own on some occasions however your line manager will be present most of the time, the role would not suit someone who either has worked in a large team dynamic or prefers that type of work environment.

The key criteria that I am looking for in the ideal candidate is:

·         Strong Administration Background

·         Experience of working in a small team or on your own

·         Ideal background is either construction or engineering.

·         Car owner due to lack of public transport

Other duties include dealing with supplier & customer phone calls, responding to high volumes of emails, providing support in producing quotations and daily contact with the Head Office team.

Having met the business owner today I am excited for his plans for the company and anyone joining his organisation will be at the front of an exciting UK project.
