We are looking for a qualified Auditor, with post qualified experience, from a large practice to join a Global Real Estate and Property Services firm as a Financial Accountant. Paying up to £65k and based in Knutsford (Hybrid Working). This role will be working closely with one of the largest commercial finance teams in the business.

The Role

Forge strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the sub-segments with the aim that the Financial Controllership and Commercial Finance teams are seen as one.
Attend all Business Finance meetings necessary in order to fully understand the performance of the sub-segments (e.g. month-end performance reviews, project / contract / balance sheet reviews)
Support the Statutory Accounting Managers with the Group and Statutory audits.
Play a key role in preparing the revenue analytics by reviewing revenue checklists prepared by Commercial Finance.
Assist the sub-segment Financial Controllers in completing quarterly reporting to Group, including but not limited to; the technical questionnaire, non-GAAP reporting disclosures, SAB99 submission and S302 return.
Support Commercial Finance on technical accounting matters using expertise within Controllership to provide accurate guidance.

Your Profile

You will need to be a minimum of 12 months post qualified, working in audit, within a large practice.
All applicants will need to come from the top 4 or big 6.
