Job Title: Administration Assistant

Location: Knutsford

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

We are a well-established Wealth Management company providing financial services to private and corporate clients. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client liaison team. The ideal candidate will have a team attitude and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively to deliver an excellent client experience

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for the practice, dealing with correspondence and calls
  • Organise meetings and appointments, managing diaries for advisors
  • Prepare weekly meeting packs for clients
  • Update and input client information onto internal CRM systems
  • Maintain stock levels and order stationery
  • Liaise with Head Office and admin centres as required to complete client requests

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently in a busy, fast-paced office environment
  • Confident communication skills with team members, advisors, and clients both face to face and on the telephone
  • Proficiency in using all Microsoft programmes and the ability to work on several IT platforms simultaneously, including internal CRMs, Teams, Zoom, and other digital applications
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads
  • A flexible approach to day-to-day activities, adapting to the needs of the business
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in data entry, administrative procedures, and office management systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
