The role

This is a role for someone who is ambitious, and ready to join a company who has over 100 years of leadership in their industry. You will be an experienced automation tester, who wants to join a close knit team of people who genuinely enjoy working as a team.

There are a wide variety of areas that require Project Management support for both internal projects and business facing deliveries including infrastructure, security, data, and applications. This is a fast-paced and exciting environment where a 'can-do', and flexible attitude is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective co-ordination of the projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues rising.
  • Planning across all stages of the project lifecycle
  • The co-ordination of new capabilities for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits.
  • Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence the projects assigned
  • Develop and maintain the project environment to support each individual project via an effective project management office.
  • Be able to produce and deliver updates to a Senior Management

Your skills and Experience:

  • Experience within IT Projects, including infrastructure, security, development, and service management Proficiency in Office 365 applications
  • Practitioner in Project Management - Prince 2 or industry standard equivalent qualification
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach - able to work with both internal business teams and external 3rd parties
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence
  • A knowledge of Smartsheets, or equivalent. A self-motivated approach, willing to take the initiative and be adaptable A proficient level of organisation, planning skills and attention to detail.
