Accountant 6 months FTC (Full / Part-time)

Accountant (6 month FTC) - £37,771.50 + Benefits – Lancaster 

Our client is a not for profit organisation and due to a number of impending changes in the organisation we are seeking an experienced and hands on accountant to assist the Director of Finance over the next 6 months. The role will be quite project based and will require someone with a breath of knowledge, strong IT skills and the ability to be agile.

The role :

• Support the year end process for the organisation and its subsidiaries.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Carry out analytical reviews of activities and services.
• Input into the development of financial reporting for budget holders.
• Assist with the implementation of SAGE 50.
• General ad-hoc projects.

• Strong EXCEL and analysis skills
