Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, credit notes, and statements in line with established procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth financial administration and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and statement queries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Partner Relationships teams to provide effective financial support.
  • Support the wider Accounts Payable team and take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role.
Requirements
  • Understanding of payment types and processes (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience using Sage 200 accounts (preferred but not essential).
Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Strong numeracy skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
