Pay: Day Rate (Paid Weekly)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead a 26-week project in central Lancaster. This diverse project involves fit-out, refurbishment, and the fitting of new fire doors across various buildings and amenities, including student accommodation require a site manager for a 26 week project
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of up to 15 trades and labour staff as site manager
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as site manager
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly as site manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fit-out, refurbishment, and fire door installation is essential
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Asbestos Awareness Certification
- Fire Warden Certification
- Black CSCS Card
