Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated individuals in Leamington Spa who are looking to begin/ continue their careers as a Nursery Assistant.
The nursery is looking for members of staff to work full time starting immediately!
To be successful you will need:
- A minimum of a level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (ESSENTIAL)
The key day-to-day tasks include:
- Plan and prepare fun daily activities meeting the curriculum planning according to EYFS.
- Changing nappies or toileting, tidying room and cleaning equipment.
- To ensure all children are happy and well cared for and their individual needs are being met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues supporting the children in your group.
- Supporting children's behaviour and acting as a role model.
- Work according to the rota for the day.
