Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a dynamic Planning and Architecture Consultancy in their hire of an ambitious Assistant Town Planner to their Stratford-Upon-Avon based team!
As part of the team, the successful candidate will assist in preparing planning applications and appeals, prior approval applications and pre-application engagement, and prepare planning notes on land and buildings. You will work with colleagues to increase knowledge of planning law and practice and seek opportunities to develop and increase exposure to projects!
We are seeking applications from candidates who hold an undergraduate Town Planning qualification, ideally holding an RTPI accredited degree, and who are interested in pursuing full MRTPI Chartership. Knowledge of architectural software and good design principals are beneficial. A proactive approach to work, as well as the ability to learn new skills and adapt to change are a must!
