Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in process improvement looking to join an innovative company at the forefront of technology, who supply into some of the leading brands across the world, with development opportunities and clear scope to progress?

In this role you will join the team of forward thinking engineers, and will be responsible for improving the manufacturing process through Lean. You will implement process improvements and increase efficiency, whilst not reducing productivity.

The company works alongside some of the biggest names in the automotive, aerospace and renewables sectors, and has a variety of exciting projects in place. They are looking to double revenue year on year, and need a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to help shape the future.

This role would suit a skilled Manufacturing Engineer from a machine heavy industry, including automotive, aerospace, renewables, medical or similar.

The Role:

  • Oversee the manufacturing of a variety of technical products
  • Be responsible for continuous improvement, cost reduction and increasing efficiency
  • Monday to Friday, site based role (7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm finish on Friday)

The Person:

  • Manufacturing Engineer
  • Automotive, Aerospace, Renewable, Medical background or similar
  • Continuous process improvement experience
