Marketing and Communications ExecutiveLeamingtonUp to £28,000Company ProfileA forward thinking professional service business are expanding and looking to recruit an experienced Marketing and Communications Executive to join a well-established team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist with all marketing activity, both digital and print, to build brand awareness to engage and attract both new and existing clients. A great employer offering flexi time and hybrid working plus a 2pm finish on a Friday!What will you do as Marketing and Communications Executive?

  • Delivering social media campaigns to engage with key audiences across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
  • Manage the social media calendar
  • Creating supporting graphics in Canva
  • Regularly updating the website (WordPress) with new blogs, articles, and internal news
  • Creating content for blog/article creation and social media content
  • Writing and sending the quarterly newsletters
  • Creating and delivering email campaigns via Force24
  • Liaising with external marketing agency for additional website or graphic support
  • Assisting with promotional merchandise, printed marketing literature, magazine advertisements, business cards, and brochures
  • Organising and planning internal and external events, seeing these through from initial concepts to completion

What do you need as a Marketing and Communications Executive?

  • A strong background in marcoms, looking to further develop your skills
  • A working knowledge of Canva, WordPress and Force24
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and work to several deadlines
