You will be joining a national charity to help support people back into employment in community settings. You will enjoy being out and about. With a typical week being one day in Woking at HQ, and the rest of the time spread across Leatherhead, Dorking, Reigate, Redhill & Epsom at community locations (so hot desking at a job centre, NHS trust or community centre).
You will typically have a caseload of around 25 who you will meet on a regular basis for 121 sessions. After an initial assessment, working out someone’s career goals and aspirations, you will then support around CV writing, job searching and interview coaching. They charity can train and support you to develop the skills you need.
They are seeking someone who is demonstrably good with working with people, ideally helping them to achieve a goal. So, you might have worked in a front facing customer service role. Or maybe as a supported housing officer, job coach, recruiter, NHS worker, teacher, job coach or teaching assistant.
