We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie located in Leatherhead. Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in Leatherhead. - Basic annual salary of £30,000 plus service

The Person
The Chef De Partie will have:
- Have experience in either a 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent level restaurant
- Ability to motivate, train and supervise junior members of the team
- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
- Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
- Ideally be able to drive or live locally
- Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
- Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
- Have the confidence to create and be innovative
