Handyman

Location: SurreySalary: £30,000 per annum

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Handyman to join our team, working on a residential development in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing residential buildings and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct repairs and installations as needed.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues reported by residents and management.
• Ensure all areas of the property are well-maintained and safe.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Work collaboratively with other staff and contractors to ensure a high standard of property management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in maintenance or trades (desirable).
