This organisation is a world leader in their industry and pride themselves in creating an engaging culture that promotes exceptional customer service. They operate across 40 countries globally with a headcount of c.30,000.This is a newly created and integral role, working in collaboration with key stakeholders to support the delivery of their strategic goals and global mobility initiatives across the Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Global Mobility Manager to own and help shape Global Mobility policies, procedures and framework. A fast-paced and varied role where you will be accountable for:* Setting up the Global mobility strategy and programme. Managing end to end Global mobility services and processes for mobile employees.* Managing relationships with 3rd party vendors (relocations services, tax & immigration)* Maintaining and developing framework and policies.* Understanding market trends, leveraging your network of contacts and peers to build on industry knowledge and share best practice with the wider team* Understanding, communicating and planning for changes in legislation as they relate to global mobility (tax and immigration) * Managing the annual global mobility process and projects to include compensation and compliance. * Identifying, and helping to manage areas of risk, compliance and reporting relating to global mobility. If you are a seasoned professional in Global Mobility with solid experience working inhouse, and have a deep understanding of strategy, policy and operations, this will be of great interest to my client. You will be a strategic thinker and have the ability to analyse and interpret information.
