General Manager - Luxury Elderly Care

Keystone are delighted to partner with a luxury high end care provider with their search for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead one of their prestigious Luxury Elderly Care Homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in care home management, CQC compliance, financial acumen, and occupancy optimisation.

The provider is well known for providing top quality care in luxury surroundings and we are looking to speak to candidates who are natural leaders with a keen eye for detail and who really understand the privately funded luxury market. We would also welcome applications from luxury hotel or leisure management background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the care home to ensure high standards of care and service.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high ratings.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy.
- Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare facility.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
