Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and assistance to residents, ensuring their well-being and safety.

  • Help residents with personal care tasks and daily activities.

  • Encourage and support residents in developing independent living skills.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of residents' progress and activities.

  • Collaborate with team members and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

Person Specifications
Must Have

  • Experience in a similar support role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.

  • Empathy and patience when working with residents.

Nice to Have

  • Relevant qualifications in health or social care.

  • First aid certification.

  • Experience working with individuals with specific needs.

  • Knowledge of local resources and services.
