Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a global business on the recruitment of a HR Officer, to join them on a full time and permanent basis.

This position will report directly to a HR Manager and is responsible for providing all aspects of HR to two sites totalling 300 employees.

This is a fully office-based position in our client's Ledbury office, but you must be prepared to travel to their Evesham site as the business requires. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities of the HR Officer will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the business with specialist HR knowledge and advice.
  • Managing end to end recruitment processes.
  • Responsible for managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Ensure the implementation of HR policies are in line with HR best practice and company values.
  • Dealing with general employee/people enquiries.
  • Ensuring managers in the business are supported and equipped through all HR processes.
  • Maintaining HR systems and employee records.
  • Supporting the payroll specialist as required.

Your Profile:

  • Strong proven experience in a similar HR role is essential for this position.
  • CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well on own initiative and be part of a team.
  • Previous experience of working well in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of between £33-36k dependant on experience plus 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays), bonus scheme, pension scheme and more.
