Financial Accountant – Leeds – Up to £45,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a market leading organisation in the recruitment of a proactive Financial Accountant. Reporting into the Financial Controller you will develop and analyse key financial information for onward reporting to key stakeholders including internal management and external parties.In Return You’ll Receive:

Financial Accountant Responsibilities:
Production, processing and reconciliation of weekly and monthly income journals for all income streams and all entities within the group
Support the implementation of a central reporting timetable across all entities in the group
Production of daily/weekly cashflow forecasting and analysis
Management of Group intercompany matrix and associated documentation
Application and accounting for management recharges
Maintenance of the accounting ledger within Business Central
Preparation of quarterly VAT/ Tax returns
Preparation of monthly entity management accounts including detailed breakdown of significant balances
Preparation of the year end Statutory accounts and audit process
Administration of banking platforms
Focus on continuous improvement to streamline and automate current processes.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support Financial Controller
Required Skills & Experience:
High competency in both written and verbal presentation
Excellent communication skills, comfortable conversing at all levels
IT Literate including various ERP systems and Excel skills
An effective team player
A strong and confident personality
Strong negotiating and influencing skills
Ability to embrace change management
Good attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and manage your own workload
Continuous Improvement orientated
