Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join a business within the Healthcare sector, with offices in Leeds.

Ideally you will be qualified / newly qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA with experience within Practice and you will work closely with both the Financial Reporting Manager and Financial Controller in preparing and reporting the monthly P&L and balance sheet.

Key responsibilities will also include:-

  • Producing the monthly management accounts
  • Assisting with the annual audit
  • Producing monthly balance sheet reconciliations including variance analysis
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Supporting the FP&A team and stakeholders
  • Reviewing month end costs
  • Revenue recognition and trend analysis
  • Supporting AP with more complex transactions

Requirements

  • Qualified / newly qualified, ideally ACA / CIMA / ACCA
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
