We are supporting a multinational insurer in their search for an Assistant Accountant to join the businesses reporting team.This role will focus on Delivering quality reports by analysing and testing data.The position would suit a part qualified accountant, ideally with a background in financial or professional services, who is looking to develop their career in a global supportive business.Main duties of the role:
- Ensure accurate reports through data analysis and testing, escalating issues for resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on ad-hoc data requests and special projects.
- Enhance customer service by analysing trends and aligning goals with business objectives.
- Stay updated on reporting tools, industry trends, and best practices.
- Support data testing and become proficient in new tools for specialized projects.
- Manage IT programs including onboarding, training, and Business Continuity Planning.
- Analyse vendor performance and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
