Our client, a rapidly expanding multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Leeds, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate must be MRICS qualified and have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of building surveyors, overseeing a variety of projects from inception to completion, and providing expert advice to clients. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the consultancy, and will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of building surveying, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients. In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of 60,000 - 65,000, as well as excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.
