Project Support Administrator- Leeds

This an amazing opportunity to join the Rail sector and work in the Customer Experience team to coordinate the management of documentation to assist in the successful delivery of Train Operator business plans.

Location: Leeds

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 Per Annum

Hybrid working 2-3 days a week in the office and 2-3 days a week from home.

Role and responsibilities:

The Resolute Group are working with a Rail organisation that needs support within their Customer Experience team providing support coordinating the management of documentation to assist in the successful delivery of business plans.

The primary aim of the role will be to support the delivery of projects from an administration aspect. Day-to -day duties will vary but could include:

  • Contributing to the delivery of projects/programmes, supporting the processes needed to answer questions from various government stakeholders such as Department for Transport, Local Authorities, Network Rail, Train Operators and associated governing bodies.
  • Gathering information, documentation and responses to any query related to your project.
  • You will be adept in problem-solving, possess good administration and organisational skills.
  • You will need to be proactive and have the ability to develop credible relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to think through complex issues to ensure the project goals are achieved.

This is a hybrid role working between the main office in Leeds 2-3 days a week home-based and 2-3 days a week or as required by the stakeholder.

Experience:

  • Degree qualified - Flexible on degree subject
  • Experience working in a Corporate role, ideally within the Public sector so you are used to Local Authorities, DfT, NHS, Network Rail, National Highways etc.
