Clinical Night Nurse Manager - Care home in Leeds, West Yorkshire, - up to £48,300k per annum

 

  • Location:  Leeds , West yorkshire
  • Position: Night Nurse Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified )
  • Salary:  £20.12 to £21.12 per hour (up to £48k per annum) The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
  • Hours: Full time - 44h
  • Shift Pattern:  Nights
  • 8/8 start and finish times
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Care Categories: Palliative, Dementia care, Stroke



We are looking for a Clinical Night Nurse Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) ready for their next career move to join our team; you will be in charge of a specific unit in the home, taking on a leadership responsibilities.

  • You'll be leading with compassion and kindness.
  • Ensuring operations during the nightshift and leading the care team
  • Elevating nursing standards - inspire , mentor and guide the team



Requirements : 

  • Valid and Clear NMC pin registration number ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
  • Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
  • Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference
  • Previous leadership experience and nursing home experience advantageous


Purpose of Role: To achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Colleagues. To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.
