The role will sit at Associate Director level and consequently form part of the Senior Leadership team within the business. The role will require the ability to work using own initiative, as part of a team and leading others.
Typical duties may include:
Business development
Leading commissions including client facing.
Tendering opportunities
Undertaking fee earning work
Mentoring less experienced members of staff
The candidate must have a “can do” attitude, share the values of the business which are based on providing a value added service to all clients be they contractor or employer, public or private sector.
Up to £70k plus package, bonus, private healthcare and shares.
Regular travel will be required to the main office in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
