Paint Plant Operative
Temp to Perm role, £12.30p/hr, Day Shift, Mon-Fri, 39hrs per week

I am looking for an experienced Paint Plant Operative to work at a busy Manufacturing company based near to Yeadon, Leeds, on the Day shift.
The role will require you to be able to Powder Coat to BSI standards, however, if you have experience within either a different Paint department or come from a Manufacturing/Production environment with the will to learn, then full training can be given. Day to Day tasks will include:
-Working in the Paint Plant
-Loading units into the Machines to Powder Coat/Paint them
-Powder Coating to high standards
-Spray Painting when required
-Moving stock around the Paint Department
-Other ad-hoc duties where required
Key skills required for the role include:
-Ideally have Powder coating or Paint Spraying experience
-Must come from a Manufacturing/Production environment
-Manual Handling Techniques as the role will require heavy lifting and shifting
-Good eye for detail
-Safety, Environmental and Quality awareness
-A team player who can use their own initiative
-Capable of working unsupervised
Day shifts are 6am to 2.30pm from Mon to Thurs with an 11.45am finish on a Friday. This is advertised as a Temp to Perm role with a Pay Rate of £12.30p/hr.
