Bookkeeper

Our manufacturing client based near Hunslet is looking for a bookkeeper to join their team. The Bookkeeper will be primarily responsible for the following;

• Maintain accurate records for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Credit collection duties including credit eligibility checks, payment plan set-ups
• Preparation and review of supplier payment runs
• Preparation and review of monthly payroll files
• Preparation and reporting of financial information on a weekly and monthly basis
• Support the FD on the annual budget process
• Support the FD on the year end audit process
