What you’ll be doing

Working directly under the managing director to manage all aspects of the business including but not limited to:-

• Develop opportunities with new customers and upsell to existing clients to increase Albion Legal’s customer base.
• Proactively identifying problems, reviewing data, and designing and implementing solutions.
• Working with the marketing team to develop market-leading campaign calendars designed to drive engagement across the entire funnel, from acquisition through to retention.
• Key Account Management.
• Compliance.
• Gaining insights into building a business and mastering problem-solving.

What you'll need

• Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience in a B2B environment
• Working knowledge of the UK Legal market
