Telemarketing Agent

Red Recruitment is recruiting Telemarketing Agents to join our client, an award-winning financial services company that provides products and services to help modern families. This role is suitable for those with previous cold calling and sales experience.

There are many benefits with this position, including an opportunity to earn commission on top of the salary, which is £26,000 per annum.

• Salary: £26,000 per annum
• Hours: Rotating shift pattern
  Week 1: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
  Week 2: Monday - Thursday, 10am - 6.30pm and Friday 9am - 5.30pm
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Location: Leeds
• Annual bonus potential of up to 15%

Key Skills and Experience of a Telemarketing Agent:

• Proven track record in sales is required
• Good understanding of CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of contact centre workflow and telephony technologies
