Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your own caseload of litigated fast track RTA claims from instruction to resolution, whether by settlement or trial
- Handling liability disputes and providing expert advice throughout the litigation process
- Delivering exceptional service to insurer clients, maintaining the firm’s high standards
- Collaborating closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners within a dynamic team
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing fast track RTA litigation claims
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules
- Familiarity with the OIC portal is essential, with a clear working knowledge even if not used daily
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
