Machine Operator / Chemical Process Workersare required to join a leading worldwide manufacturing plant with an expanding team during this exceptionally busy period. Located on the Cross Green Industrial Estate,LEEDS LS9.
This is aLevel 1 Techniciangrade role on rotating DAYSshifts
Due to the location and shift times alternating, please make sure it is possible for you to make your own way to site.
Ideal candidates MUST have the following:
- Experience of working in a fast-moving warehouse
- Have COSHH experience
- Initiative to work on their own as well as a positive work attitude
- The ability to work in a team whilst focussing on the task at hand
- Up to date with Health & Safety policies
Duties Include:
Monitoring machines that mix specific chemicals and liquids according to the formula
Weighing chemicals /raw materials on a scale into a mixing tank
Observing the readings on the mixing tank and adjusting the temperature and flow meter controls
SHIFT Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 06.00 - 14.00, 14.00 - 22.00 rotating
If you've got good practical skills, and you can work quickly and accurately, this is the job for you.
You must have a check-able work history and have your own PPE.
