A prominent built environment consultancy is actively seeking a Building Surveyor to enhance their Leeds team.

This position offers the opportunity to become a key member of a solid team of building surveyors who are involved in a wide array of professional and project-related tasks.

The Building Surveyor role

As a Building Surveyor in this role, you will engage in comprehensive building surveying activities across educational, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Your responsibilities will cover the entire range of building surveying services, including design and specification, contract administration, surveys, and dilapidations.

The Building Surveyor

  • Prospective candidates should be working towards or have achieved MRICS status.
  • A solid background in building surveying, with experience spanning various sectors.
  • Proficiency in design and specification, knowledgeable about the role of clerk of works, and skilled in contract administration and dilapidation surveys.
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple projects and responsibilities.
