About the Role: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team in the legal marketing industry. This role involves following up on all leads within the legal sector, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C sales and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify opportunities for growth within the legal marketing sector.
  • Consultative Selling:

    • Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients within the legal industry.
    • Provide tailored solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
    • Address enquiries and concerns promptly and act as a trusted advisor.
    • Foster client loyalty and maximize retention rates through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Pipeline Management:

    • Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking and prioritizing leads.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2C sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
