Job Summary:

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with a growing business who provide electrical safety equipment into the healthcare sector. As the Business Development Manager, you will have a strategic outlook and develop new markets within the healthcare sector. This is a national role but the business operate a remote model of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategic plans to target adjacent markets that complement our clients activities in the Public and Private Healthcare sectors.
  • Create detailed Value Propositions to support entry into new markets and to cement their position in existing sectors.
  • Support the Sales Manager community to grow existing customers in line with annual targets.
  • Develop strategic plans to target and acquire new customers within the Healthcare sector.
  • Manage and report on an ongoing pipeline via our CRM system and report back with any risks or new opportunities.
  • Regular analysis of competitor activity and report back to the business on a regular basis.
  • Identify any acquisition opportunities to accelerate growth within our chosen markets.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in sales and business development.
  • Experience of the Healthcare sector or veterinary sector would be advantageous.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Proven track record of delivering stretching sales targets.
