My client is the UK’s leading specialist supplier of automatic defibrillator machines in businesses and public areas across the UK however, due to the change in the current climate they have decided to expand on their successful, ever-growing business and start to supply air purifiers into businesses, offices, and retail spaces to ensure a safe, clean air when returning to the office or workplace.

They are currently recruiting for a sales executive to join their new business venture and want someone who is a confident, outgoing people person that isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has telesales or customer service experience, is good at identifying problems and can deal with them in a professional manner and has worked in a fast paced, high volume role.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with current and existing clients that have already used client services, discussing the new product with them, and making sure they have a thorough understand of it and how it works as well as answering any questions they might have on the product.
  • Signing existing and new clients up to the unit and issuing them with a new contract
  • Sending all the new contract details onto the operations team as well as keeping in touch with the client and updating them on their order
  • Outbound cold calls to a verified database of businesses throughout the UK
  • Booking clients in for appointments to discuss the product in a more in depth, face to face chat with one of the consultants
  • Arranging teams or zoom calls with future clients so they have a good understanding of the product
  • Making large numbers of calls daily and targeting specific business areas
  • Working in a fast paced, challenging environment

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate must be a hardworking, tenacious person who wants to progress and develop within their role
  • They must be an ambitious achiever who sees the chance to build a career and a team in his or her own mould and take advantage of a sector that is embryonic and a company that rewards those who contribute to the growth of the business.
  • They must be a keen learner who is excited to work in such a fast paced, busy sales role
  • They must have some customer service or sales experience ideally within a call centre environment where they have had to speak to large volumes of customers daily as well as work towards targets
  • They must be Confident, chatty, bubbly, and well-motivated
  • They must be an excellent planner and be able to plan their own day and manage their own workloads however full training is provided for the role and there is consultant support from the managers and team
