This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fantastic market leading company within a fun and sociable team. The main purpose of the role is to undertake detailed conversations with consumers and offer suitable financial solutions based on the conversation. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has experience working in a phone based sales role and has experience or an interest in the financial sector.

What a Sales Consultant role involves:

  • Information gathering on the phone to be able to match the customers' needs with the best client
  • Building strong rapport through quality conversations
  • Converting queries into appointments
  • A combination of inbound and outbound calls, managing your own time and leads
  • In-depth recording of information onto the CRM system, providing reasonable and tailored results for each customer

What skills and experience you need to be a Sales Consultant:

  • Sales experience: Proven success in a B2C sales role would be beneficial.
  • Technical knowledge: Competent with systems and software.
  • Customer First Approach: Attentiveness, patience, empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Excellent telephone manner: A combination of clear communication, active listening, and working toward finding a solution or providing relevant information efficiently.
  • Passion: A passion for supporting customers to build long term relationships with clients, streamlining their journey within the financial services industry.
