Responsibilities:
- CNC Programming, setting, operating a 3 + 1 Axis Milling Machine
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Select proper cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures for each job
- Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within tolerance
- Perform routine maintenance on milling machines and tools
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and tooling
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
