Estimator - Fully remote/hybrid working available

My client are a specialist roofing contractor supplying and installing a wide range of roofing and cladding systems across the UK. They work on student accommodation, high-rise developments, industrial, education, healthcare, and leisure projects throughout the UK.

They are one of the fastest-growing roofing contractors in the North West, having secured several prestigious projects. As a result, they have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join their team. While experience in the roofing and cladding industry is preferred, it is not essential.

As an Estimator, your role will include:

• Estimating cladding and roofing projects.
• Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
• Review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission.
• Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
• Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others.
• Ensures enquiries are issued and quotations received from subcontractors and suppliers.
