This full-time, hybrid position is for a Conveyancer to join the Lender Only team in a reputable practice located in Leeds city centre.
The role involves managing a caseload of separate representation and equity release matters, specifically for lenders.
Candidates must have previous experience in Equity Release, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-volume regulatory environment.

Hours: full time, hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer to join the Lender Only team of a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre. You will manage a caseload of separate representation and equity release matters, acting solely for the lender.

Daily Duties

Title checking in line with client lender requirements, identifying any necessary issues to report
Ensuring client lenders’ specific requirements and special conditions are satisfied
Checking all necessary documentation is complete and satisfactory
Liaising with borrowers’ Solicitors to resolve any enquiries
Checking pre-completion searches and ensuring pre-completion requirements are satisfied.

Required Skills

Previous experience in dealing with Equity Release is essential
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience of working in a high volume, regulatory environment is desirable.
