Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working as part of a team to handle customer enquiries ensuring their five star customer rating is upheld!

You will be liaising with customers over the telephone and email alongside social media platforms.

Previous telephone customer service experience

Able to work in a fast paced environment and able to prioritise high volumes of work
