12 Months initial Contract, Potential Rolling Contract – Immediate start
Based in Leeds
£220 - £250 per day
Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Document Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and growing team. We areinterested in candidates that have previous Document Controller experience in the Engineering or Railway industry.
Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Experience with Projectwise
- Familiarity with project management
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Construction/ Engineering/ Rail background desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide full document control support
- Database management trackers dealing with complex technical project related correspondence to maintain integrity & efficiency of the electronic system
- Notify and support the Office Manager by raising any concerns
