Joiner required to start immediately on various refurbishment schemes in the Leeds area.
The Client
Our client is a large main contractor based in Leeds who operates around Yorkshire, North West and the Midlands specialising planned works, re-roofing, EWI, kitchen and bathrooms schemes on behalf of various councils, housing associations, health care facilities and education establishments.
Job Role
This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:
- minimum of 1 fire door per day . This includes removing one door and it's lining and then replacing with a door set- the furniture has already been installed on the door( handles- lock and any decorations)
This contract is set to run for 2-3 months+. The working hours are 10 - 12 hours a day Monday to Friday.
The hourly rate is 22-23 per hour Umbrella/CIS.
There is on street parking available.
Requirements
- CSCS Card
- Previous experience installing fire doors
- previous Experience
- Transport
- Own Tools
- FIRAS Card - Desirable
- Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
