Role Overview:Join our client as an Executive Assistant, providing top-tier support to C-suite executives in the dynamic Central Government sector. Your expertise in diary and email management will be crucial in driving efficiency within the National Wealth Fund.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and coordinate meetings, ensuring effective time prioritisation.
  • Handle emails and phone calls with precision, facilitating timely information flow.
  • organise and maintain filing systems using Microsoft tools for easy access and confidentiality.
  • Prepare briefing materials and assist with logistics for meetings, including visitor greetings and IT setup.
  • Arrange travel and take minutes during meetings for consistent record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with HR and Facilities on new starter induction and project activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally in professional services or financial sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate sound judgement in decision-making.
