Hours: full time, 35 hours a week, office based

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join the Facilities team of a top regional Lawyers in their central Leeds office. Great working atmosphere in a small, friendly team within superb modern offices. Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Facilities Manager and supervising the team
  • Client liaison and care
  • Processing ingoing / outgoing post
  • Supporting Fee Earners and various departments as required
  • Ad hoc admin tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning.

Previous administration experience is essential, legal experience is advantageous.
