They also operate a hybrid working policy between home and the office.It’s a varied role taking on aspects of strategy and growth planning, compliance, project work, staff development, office management and IT infrastructure. It will include driving performance by establishing systems and processes, identifying improvements in technology and streamlining the service proposition. All the while ensuring that the firm’s core objective of consistently delivering the very highest standards of client care and service is maintained.It'll be fun too. It’s a great team, a great place to work and the office is based in an idyllic rural setting in West Yorkshire (so you’ll probably need to drive but there is plenty of parking).Recognising the complexity of this appointment, the existing management team will work closely with the new incumbent and offer ongoing support as they integrate themselves into the role. They don’t expect applicants to be an 'expert’ in every area however they should be diploma qualified and will need a good understanding of how all elements of the financial planning process fit together.
