Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, stimulating activities that promote learning and development
- Provide personalized care and support to meet the individual needs of each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment at all times
- Support the development and implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Contribute to observations, assessments, and progress reports for key children
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a childcare setting
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to professional development
