We are a warm and welcoming family-run preschool nestled in the heart of New Farnley, Leeds, dedicated to providing exceptional early years education. We're currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team on a term-time-only basis.

Position: Early Years PractitionerLocation: New Farnley, LeedsHours: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About Us: At our preschool, we believe in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can flourish and grow. With a strong emphasis on play-based learning and tailored activities, we aim to lay the foundation for a lifetime of success.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for working with young children aged 2-5 years old
  • Relevant childcare qualifications (minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education)
  • Experience working in an early years setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Dedication to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate activities to support children's development
  • Provide individualized care and support to meet the needs of each child
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records as required
