Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above)

Location: Headingley, Leeds

Position Overview:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. Working closely with our experienced team, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children in line with EYFS guidelines.
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Observing and assessing children's progress and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care).
  • Previous experience working with young children in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
