Our client is a fast growing and highly reputable legal firm with a dynamic and positive working culture. They are looking for a PA to join their very successful Housing team.

The role will involve providing PA support to senior partners and their team and include duties such as diary management, coordinating meetings, organising events, booking travel and accommodation, providing administration support and completing property specific paperwork.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous legal PA experience, or PA that has worked in Housing or professional services. You will need a minimum of 2-3 years PA experience for this role. You will need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills and a professional and hard-working approach.

Duties include:

  • Providing support to the commercial property team
  • Diary management
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Inbox management
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Providing general administration support to the team

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous PA experience is essential - Min 2-3 years
  • Ideally Legal PA experience, housing or professional services would be preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Professional approach
